I'm Enrique Ruiz, founder of STRM Recruiting.
For more than a decade, I've built my career around one question: How do you find the right person for the right opportunity?
My journey in talent acquisition started with grassroots recruiting at the YMCA and eventually led me to recruiting for global organizations across retail, technology, engineering, and other industries. Along the way, I've recruited professionals at nearly every level from people beginning their careers to experienced leaders stepping into senior and executive roles.
That experience taught me something important:
Great recruiting isn't about finding the most resumes. It's about finding the right person.
I've had the opportunity to learn from talented recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and business leaders while seeing firsthand what separates an average hiring process from an exceptional one.
Those experiences shaped how I recruit today.
